An absolutely gorgeous invisible set ruby heart pendant with accent diamonds. It is has a large latching bail that easily fits most omega necklaces and large chains. The bright red natural rubies are perfectly set within the heart shaped pendant. The pendant weights over 13 grams and is made of 18K yellow gold. It is about 28 mm wide and is 37 mm long. This pendant contains approximately 8 carats of rubies and 1.1 carats of diamonds.
